Our Company and Factory History

Our Health Journey Inspired by Nature

Sense Food Health was established in 2009 and began production in the same year at D.O.S.B. in a 500 m² indoor area to manufacture natural colorants and natural flavors.
In 2010, it obtained international ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications and made its first export of sports nutrition products.
In 2011, it became one of the first companies to start domestic production by commissioning its natural colorant line and made its first export to Algeria in the same year.
In 2015, it launched an advanced laboratory equipped with devices such as HPLC, UV, and GC within its own structure.
In 2019, it commissioned its second factory at İ.T.S.B in Tuzla, Istanbul, with the goal of becoming a reliable brand in dietary supplement production in Turkey. In 2019, a modern production facility with 3,000 m² of indoor space was put into operation, activating capsule, tablet, and powder production lines.
In 2020, it elevated its quality and safety standards to a global level by obtaining international GMP, ISO, and HACCP certifications. In 2020, it began offering special formulation and private label production services, enhancing its innovative product development capacity for brands.
In 2021, the investment in liposomal technology was completed.
In 2022, plant extract and CO₂ extraction technologies were added to the facility, and natural, high-purity products began to be produced.
From 2023 onwards, exports to international markets commenced, establishing collaborations with more than 10 countries. As of 2023, with a production capacity of up to 250,000 boxes per day and over 200 ready formulations, it has become one of Turkey's leading private label manufacturing partners.
Today, Sense is progressing toward becoming a strategic business partner preferred by brands on a global scale through advanced technology investments, a strong R&D team, and a sustainable production approach.

Tarihimiz

2009

Sense Gıda Sağlık was founded in 2009 and began production in the D.O.S.B. Organized Industrial Zone with a 500 m² indoor facility dedicated to the manufacturing of natural colorants and natural flavors.

2010

In 2010, the company obtained international ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications and completed its first export of sports nutrition products.

2011

In 2011, Sense commissioned its natural colorant production line, becoming one of the first companies to start domestic production in this field. In the same year, it achieved its first export to Algeria.

2015

In 2015, the company launched its advanced laboratory equipped with HPLC, UV, and GC analytical instruments, strengthening its R&D and quality control capabilities.

2019

In 2019, Sense opened its second factory in Istanbul Tuzla I.T.O.S.B., with the goal of becoming a trusted brand in dietary supplement manufacturing in Turkey.
Its modern 3,000 m² production facility became operational, commissioning capsule, tablet, and powder production lines.

2020

In 2020, Sense obtained international GMP, ISO, and HACCP certifications, elevating its quality and safety standards to the global level.
The company began offering custom formulation and private label production services, expanding its capacity for innovative product development for brands.

2021

In 2021, Sense completed its Liposomal Technology investment with Microfluidics-brand machinery, one of the world’s leading equipment manufacturers.

2022

In 2022, botanical extract and CO₂ extraction technologies were integrated into the facility, enabling the production of natural and high-purity ingredients.

2023

Since 2023, Sense has been exporting to international markets, establishing partnerships with over 10 countries.
